As I think of an idea for my App my mind goes everywhere. I know for sure I would like to create an App that would identify all different types of trees, flowers and fruits that you come across. I like to travel and go many different places. Through my travels I would come across different plants and I would really like to know what they are, are they safe to touch? And if it looks like a fruit, then I would like to know if it's a fruit I can eat. The App would keep track of all the plants, flowers and fruits I would encounter and keep them in a database. The database would contain the information like; where it is from and how it got to the city/state/country you may be in. With fruits, it would show you if it is edible and the vitamins or health benefits of the fruit.

Week 3 EOC: My Demographics
I'm generation "Y" or in other words "Millennials" as they call us, I was born in 1986. My parents would be "Baby Boomers". I grew up learning computers and other technology. Sometimes I call myself a nerd, but a good nerd because nerds are cool in their own way. I love technology and having tech gadgets. I'm opinionated but willing to listen to others opinions. I love to learn and some of the stuff I read on Generation "Y" didn't fit my characteristics but as they said, "everybody would have different personalities."
Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good
If your going to make money for the good? Then you would need a good marketing plan. Who would you want to sell your product to? What type of ways are you going to brand, package or even shop around to get your consumer;s attention? Why do you think they should have or want your product? From there, I think it would be good to start a business Facebook page, Twitter page or Linkendin page to start putting your business out there. People should see what your plans or goals are with the product you are trying to push.
I found three companies that I like the way they donate to charities and love how they market themselves to create loyal costumers. But as I was going over different companies; how they donated their money and who they donated their money to, I asked myself, did I support these charities or want to become apart of it by doing volunteer work? I came across Wal-Mart, they donated their Pre-Tax on their profit at 1.3%. They focused on food security, environmental sustainability, women issues and community development. The second company I support and love how they donate their money is Goldman Sachs Group. Goldman Sachs Group donated on their Pre-Tax as well, at 2.3% they focused on Women's Issues, Small businesses, Military Veterans and education initiatives. My third company is Target. Target donated their Pre-Tax at 3.2%, I love that they also do education initiatives as well as public safety, food security and United Way. All of these are incredible donations. I believe with good people and giving hearts we can change this world, step by step.

Week 2 EOC: Boston Consulting Group - Video Games
After reading "Videogame Makers Can't Dodge Recession" and learning more about the SBU and how I breaks down into each category what the Videogame is. It could be the "Star", "Cash Flow", "Dogs" or"Question Mark". Studying mobile app games, they have become the "Star" in the SBU market due to more people are downloading the game for a dollar or 99 cents. Instead of paying $60 or $70 for a game you can just download a game to your smartphone. It looks like Playstation, Nintendo and Xbox are a "question mark" due to the low demand. Their demand has gone down and it is because of how people are not buying games like they use to anymore. It's like they need to figure out how to keep the costumers happy with new game systems and games. They should listen more to their customers and create the game system the customers want to play or have. If it's adding more games to the game system itself, more updates or even live games. I believe if they create a good game system, customers will want spend their top dollar on it. But what are they going to offer better than a one dollar or free game from a smartphone? I think they should reach out to the customers and really create what they are asking for. If they have to drop the price 100 dollars more then hey, it's about whats going to make Playstation, Nintendo and Xbox get back in high demand again.

Week 1 EOC: My Voice
Being a Singer, MC and Songwriter, is why I got into the Audio Production field. I've been doing music since I was kid. I wanted to learn more on my craft as an artist and business woman in the music industry. I didn't want to be that artist that wasn't knowledgable in my craft and work. I wanted to learn how to step up a studio and what I should be looking for in a producer. If they doing it right or wrong. When I have shows, I can make sure my live sound is correct because of what I am learning here today as an artist and going to school. Music has always been something that's been important to me, since a kid. Even me taking a marketing class is so helpful and it is teaching me to market my music better and other business ventures I may come across. All with the knowledge that has been given and taught to me. I want to help these upcoming kids that can't afford school or music programs but they have a passion for music and they want to learn. I want to help keep music alive and being taught by the best at my school and major artist i've been around and got advice from. To me, just learning and being able to teach someone else to help keep this music alive in us and in schools. Music is all I know and i'm excited to learn all that I am going to learn. Who knows, one day i'll be in the current news as an artist, producer, Dj or mentor. Man, so much I can do and be able to teach others. I can't express how it makes me so happy inside, but it would be good positive news on how I'm helping making a difference in the music business. Its just a lot about making a difference in my life and other's lives as well. I love to learn and I'm going to learn everything I can from the music side of it as I can. Music is a strong force in the world, everybody loves music and it changes moods. Music can affect the body in a good way. I mean what else could I ask for? Then what has been given to me as a natural talent. I want to share it with the world, my music, my teaching, my love and inspiration. I can say I'm happy where I am and where I'm going in life as an artist, a student, a mentor and business woman. I just know everything I am learning and reading is making me sharper and wiser. I can't complain and wont complain, I am learning. I can't wait to share my music with the world, create more music and market my music in many ways that I had never thought about. I rather be smart than stupid. I rather go for my dreams and goals than work for someone else's dreams and goals.

Week1: EOC: Great Customer Service
What is Customer Service To You
As I brain storm about customer service and what I understood about customer services. I came across in the bookshelf from are book store, I found a quote in sections 1-2e Who Is In Charge. It had said "The founder of Walmart and Sam's Club Sam Walton echoed this sentiment “There is only one boss. The customer." As I read it and began to think of this statement, It's honestly true because these company and stores need The Customer, without the customer the company or job would not survive if your customer is spending there money else where with different companies. How is the company or business building or striving???? It can't and won't with out having loyal customers & good customer service, why would they spread the word of your company and business if the quality and treatment they receive isn't good services! They can easily go to another company or store that they love there customer service, a good company or store know that the customer is always right! So to have good customer service is to make sure that your customer always feels it's right even they are wrong. Do good business within your company, something broke fix it and give a additional deal, let them feel like hey I'll come back again, they gotta enjoy the customer service that is being given to them.
